Cara Buono

Perhaps best known for her role as Karen Wheeler, mom to Nancy, Mike and Holly on “Stranger Things,” Cara Buono was nominated for an Emmy Award for her recurring role in the acclaimed drama, “Mad Men,” and a Daytime Emmy for her appearance in “Abby, My Love” on “CBS Schoolbreak Special.” Her other TV work includes a series regular role on “Third Watch,” and memorable recurring roles on “The Sopranos,” “Supergirl,” “The Dead Zone,” “Person of Interest,” “Brothers & Sisters” and “The Girl From Plainville.”

She made her film debut in “Gladiator” in 1992. Other notable film credits including “Hulk,” in which she played Edith Banner, “Let Me In,” “A Good Marriage,” “Paper Towns,” “All Saints,” “Monsters and Men” and “She Came from the Woods.”
